Just one more thing.........

Why is it that the current Administration always gets blamed for the present problems we are having in this country? Aren't any of us smarter than a 5th Grader?

Here is something that came in through the AFA (American Family Association):
In an Article published in the New York Times on Sept. 3, 1999 regarding Fannie Mae (the nation's biggest underwriter of home mortgages), it states that they were "under increasing pressure from the Clinton Administration to expand mortgage loans among low and moderate income people". And, goes on the warn that in "this new area of lending, Fannie Mae is taking on significantly more risk, which may not pose any difficulties during flush economic times. But the government-subsidized corporation may run into trouble in an economic downturn, prompting a government rescue similar to that of the savings and loan industry in the 1980's."

Doesn't this sound like the current Administration is more correctly slated as the mess-fixer for lack of a better term?

And, why then are things like this not getting mentioned by the media who is supposedly all about reporting the facts?

And, hey, don't you love 'freedom of speech' when it's you that gets to express your opinion? Hee! Hee! Just a thought......
